Overview

All orders are dispatched from our UK laboratory facility. We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all domestic and international shipments to ensure your order can be monitored at every stage of delivery.

UK Shipping

Orders placed before 3pm on working days are dispatched the same day where possible. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard Tracked — £2.95–£7.95 by weight; estimated 2–3 business days. Free on UK orders of £60 or more.
  • Express — £6.99; estimated 1–2 business days. The free-shipping threshold applies to Standard Tracked, not Express.

If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

EU Shipping

We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

  • International Tracked (3–8 business days)
  • Free International Tracked Shipping on EU orders of €120 or more

International Shipping

United States, excluding Louisiana: International Tracked costs US$12.99–US$26.00 by weight, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days. Free on orders of US$150 or more.

Norway: International Tracked costs €7.99–€15.99 by weight, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Free on orders of €120 or more.

Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea and Switzerland: International Tracked costs US$12.99–US$26.00 by weight, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days. Free on orders of US$150 or more. Shipping prices and the free-shipping threshold are stated in US dollars.

Customs & Import Responsibilities

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected by your local customs authority.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify that Amanita muscaria products are legal to import and possess in their country before placing an order. Fermentinglab Ltd (trading as AmanitaLab) cannot issue refunds for orders seized, held, or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on international orders.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • UK orders: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 8 business days of dispatch
  • International orders: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch

We will open an investigation with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement for confirmed lost orders.

Packaging

Powder and capsule products are dispatched in sealed, tamper-evident pouches sent in bubble mailers. Tincture products are securely packaged in protective boxes. All packaging is discreet with no external product labelling beyond the delivery address.
